I spent a decade building software — SaaS products, internal tools, automation systems. And in every company I worked at or founded, the same problem kept appearing: content marketing was universally acknowledged as important and universally neglected.
The issue wasn't motivation. It was execution. Finding writers who understood software products was hard. Briefing them took time. Editing their work took more time. And even when you got it right, publishing once a month wasn't enough to move the needle on SEO.
In 2023, I started building AI tools internally — first to solve the problem for my own company, then because I realized the approach worked well enough to productize. The key insight was that AI alone isn't the answer. You need AI speed combined with human quality control from people who understand the domain.
That became the SAS Technology system: a structured workflow where AI handles research and drafts at scale, and experienced human editors ensure every piece is technically accurate, brand-aligned, and genuinely useful.
Today we run content operations for SaaS companies from pre-seed to Series B. The companies we work with publish consistently, rank on Google, build LinkedIn audiences, and grow newsletter lists — without needing to hire a content team.
